For an order we process name, email address, language, order details, payment status and legal acceptance records to fulfil the purchase, provide access, handle complaints and meet legal obligations.

Retention and rights

Order and accounting records are retained for the legally required period. Access codes are stored as one-way hashes and expire after one month. Marketing messages are not sent without separate consent. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable and may complain to the competent data protection authority.
